Whilst Equadriga is responsible for the operational set-up and delivery structures, Angada complements this model specifically at the relationship level. We help to clarify roles, responsibilities and expectations at an early stage and to avoid culturally-driven misunderstandings.
In this context, Angada does not offer training courses, but acts as a mediating and supporting body between the organisations involved. The aim is to build trust and create a shared working reality, on the basis of which offshoring quickly becomes productive and remains stable in the long term.
